vlocity problem please help

I have changed shells and now the green light is flashing fast when its on. It does not speed up when balls are in the hopper and feeding. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem can be? The shells are blue (clear) and they come with black stickers to go around the eyes.

Tried switching out the batteries for some fresh ones?

i recently put the red (clear) shells on mine and it works fine i put the black sticker on as instructed and made sure it went back together the same as it came apart

does it say in the instructions or on the website what the problem might be
?

Ok it says green flashing light means its in tension mode. Now what?

might be your eyes, cover the eye section with something and re test

Ok problem sorted. The black tape which comes with the new shells was slightly off line so repositioned it.
