Hopper for DM6

Hi guys,

In terms of hoppers for a DM6, I've got one on the way, but hear they're pretty damn quiet cause problems with sound activated hoppers like reloaders, because they can't hear the gun... Is this the case and would I be better off with a halo or evolution?

I tried to buy an evolution II however they were out of stock so im just wondering what would be best!

Any comments would be much appreciated

i have run relaoders on DMs and never had a problem

I've had problems with Matrix's being too quiet for Reloaders. Depends on if you've got a quiet location to switch them on to calibrate themselves properly.

I would suggest either a VLocity or Halo B.

I would not recommend an Egg2, it would really unbalance a DM6 due to the way the weight is distributed through the hopper. That, and Egg2s really are very slow in comparison to a VLocity of Halo B.

Ive used Reloaders and Halos...

Both work fine, but if you're looking for a halo, im looking for another reloader if you're interested in a trade? or I can sell you a halo, i have a few spares.

Yeh, VLocity's have been very reliable for me too.....more than what I can say for a stock boarded Halo!

Little off topic here - speed, are you down Paintball Park near Southampton this weekend, i think some of the "in2deep" guy's are there, i heard that some riptide might be too?


I've also had trouble with the Halo B loaders, so i steer clear, but that might just be my bad-luck

Have never had a problem with any of my matrixs being too quiet for a reloader. Have recently switched to a pulse with the rf chip and am really impressed with it, sits the right height without any cutting, easy to clean and fast as hell; well worth a look at.
