Dye UL Barrel Question

High, i have a black 2 piece DYE UL barrel but want to get a red tip. Now if i want a 14" barrel i dont want the 14" front do i? How long of a tip do i need to make the whole barrel 14" like my black one is now?

The barrel front lengths that Dye advertise relate to the overall length including the back.

If you want a 14in barrel, then you need to order a 14in front. Now, the front won't actually be 14in's long itself (although it will be called it), but when you add it to your back, the overall length will be 14in.
