umm yeah there is

the feel of the ul is so much nicer - its made of a sturdier material - meaning the .000000001 of what ever unit heavier it is, is much more worth it.

the buttons are better, has a head up display

okay it doesnt have nxl mode - but wtf do you need it anyway - its not legal in any tourny or walkon
