i never knew this and surely will sleep better tonight in the knowledge that early 05 egos came in a padded cardboard box.

in all seriousness tho the ego metal lid box is awesome. u can shoot the ego to yer hearts content and display ur box (even polish it if u wish) on a shelf. i did this and it looked ace *in my bedroom btw* it didnt have pride of place in the living room or nuffin
