Is that Tourney legal Rob?

Obviously you're only allowed one sticker either side of your hopper, but im not sure what the rules are regarding custom shells or anything :S

hoppers have to be 1 solid colour.
that's the millennium rules anyway, and they are normally pretty hard on that.
though the domestic series often say they use millennium rule book you probably wont get called for it.

I saw some coloured/semi clear velocities being used in toulouse pics, how did they get away with that ?
