Anyone who has a problem with the shells should just contact the dealer for free replacement shells.

yep as the man said,you just need to contact the shop.You do not need to contact draxxus unless the shop give you problems.
i actually saw this happen, it was as mark said, they just fell apart, couldnt understand haw it happened, really weird.
one of them litterally came out of his bag, and both sides of the feedneck fell apart in his hands, b4 even getting near his gat
