SFT Shocker + HPA tank

Ive have a small problem with my shocker. Its leaking out of the right hand side of the manifold. Ive been on that Smart Parts bible website but Ive done everything suggested.

The only thing left that could possibly be the problem is the fact that im running it on a HPA Crossfire tank...Will changing the reg to a LP solve my problem?

i run my shocker on HP with no probs. its either the manifold or the soliniod its self

Have you checked that the grub screws that sit in the body are properly loctited in ,the ones underneath the manifold ,a problem here would show that fault.The fault will be exactly the same with LP as it's after the vert reg.Either that or as Lump says ,check your manifold O'rings and Solenoid.

Ive pretty much tried everything. checked the orings and manifold. Im pretty much ready to give up on it at this stage. Ill see if I can get someone to look at it but its hard to get that done in Ireland. Maybe the lads up north may know but they're all planet eclipse heads so dont think they know much about shockers.

Couple of the guys that work at eclipse played a season under smart parts (chris and phil stone, from kellys) so if you catch them at northern quater sometime, they may be able to help?

Do you have one of the original 03 SFT? If so it may be that you do not have the V-Reg but instead have a gas through.

This would cause problems due to HI pressure going straight through to your solenoid when the preset is inserted to the ASA.
