ok just got my new dyetanium lense and am tryin to fit it in any tips on which part to put in first top or bottom. or any techniques to make the process easier??

Theres really no way to make things 'easier', it is a very tedious job, but from my experience, start from the top and work your way round

I know you've done it, but next time before you put the lense back in put a little bit of fairy liquid on each of the tabs. It makes them easier to get in, and next time you want to take the lenses out, a little bit easier....

Hope you still got some skin left on your thumb..... hopefully you'll not have to take the god-damn thing back out for a while!
after doing it i have a tip, you have to pull the rubber frame up and other the tabs and it makes it quite easy it even allows you to keep all you fingers in tact!
