Another thing to note.......

Without WDP paintball would be at least five years behind where it is at present, I think we all owe them our thanks.

And before anybody thinks otherwise I have no loyalty's to WDP at all I just appreciate what they have done.

also, the attempted candour of my posts have been of jest - i know full well that most products arent made in the uk by pretty much anyone in any industry anymore.

1. Kiddy labour is rife in all types of industry. Wdp just use children that are slightly younger than most.

2. Wdp are Birtish, as are Eclipse. My view is not racially motivated.

3. Wdp fanboys will stick up for Angel products. I personally feel that they have lost the sparkle and the sales of A1 reflect this. (Coupled with my recent experience of the marker)

4. Any team will shoot any gun providing the sponsership package is better than what the next man is offering. If Dye offered Joy a better deal than Wdp, would they not be shooting DM7's?

5. What have WDP done that is so innovative? I would say that Smart Parts get the innovation title? (yes seriously!)

They just take other peoples ideas.

WDP gave us the angel, hyperball, decent paintball electronics, they made the nppl what it is now they made some of the first non camo cool looking playing gear. they put on the best trade shows and partys as well

1. An obvious Joke. Turn on your humour.

3. Do not need sales figures to see that Angels are a dying breed from a retail purchase perspective. (Look at the number of Angels on the walkon / local tourny scene?)

4. Matski is playing the yes / no game. If the sponsership package was lucrative enough splatmaster could grab hold of a pro team.

5. As much as I detest the Ion, It has brought tournament play to the masses. While the Angel had some new 'but arguably useless' features on markers such as the 03 (display / timer / vibration / intellifeed) at £1200 I would expect it to warm my coffee and cook me toast.

The Impulse platform was surely innovation as was the Shocker? Plus you could pick them up 3 years ago for a 'reasonable' price.

Wdp have only recently established that punters will not part with a grand for a marker when you can get the same firepower for less than a couple of hundred quid.

Impulse funny cause i remember a gun called the bushmaster being out way before that.

Ion they just latched onto a cheep gun

infact the 03shocker was pipelined to be the cheep marker from sp they just got greedy.

WDP have never copied anyone. they just inovate!
