dye armpads

hey does anyone know a way to get the dye c5 gel arm pads to shrink a lilltle bit, just got some off here there large they fit fairly well its just they are a little gappy around the elbow bit so i was wondering if i put them in the washing machine on a higher temp will they shrink a bit

has any one done that or anything else yod suggest

Dont lknow if i would do that to be honest mate. Mine are the same proberly not as bad as mine are quite tight.

way to get an armpad permanently stuck to yourself.

or wreck them in the process of trying to remove them.

You won't shrink them mate, best bet is to beef the ol' forearms up a bit. Press ups, chins & getting one of those hand things that looks like a crocodile clip with sort you out

Alternativly rock some eclipse pads You could used some support tape or medical bandage to bulk it up in the short run?

Tryed Tumble dryer? Probally do the job after all they are cotten / nylon.

thanks guys , even tho some of them are stupid ideas
so are they supposed to be v tight, because they are tight as round ma wrist n fair tight on ma forearms just biceps lil slack

alot o people find they are way too tight around the wrist, if so just snip the elastic in a few places around the wrist, cant help with the loosness on the bicep though
