Ok I've been looking into travel arrangements for this event for my staff and have been toying with getting a minibus but it just occurred to me that others will need to travel out in a similar manner so I'm now thinking of getting quotes for running a coach.

So the big question is would anyone be interested in hopping the procaps party bus? I should make it clear that you will be expected to pay for your seat.

The timing I have is leaving late on 15th / very early hours of the 16th to arrive around 8am on 16th - This I can not change due to my trade commitments. Departure will be after Breakfast on Monday 21st.

Anyone interested let me know, based on numbers I will look for quotes.

Not sure yet - the german guys are puting us in some bungalows but they said they were 10 miles away. Trying to get somewhere closer.

I might be able to get a couple of rooms for you. I think they sleep six each.

Was it rooms and the coach you are interested in Steve?
