I don't know of anyone stocking them at present but you might find someone to get you one if if you ask around, but your best bet is probably to go the man himself at http://www.phantomonline.com/
i'm probably getting the store wrong but i rang someone a couple of years ago and after some idle chat they said that they still had new phantoms on the shelf.
My failing memory says it's powerball but i know that's probably wrong. i do recall that they were somewhere towards brighton/sussex area, which rules out powerball, but if anyone can fill in the blanks as to a company in sussex which i think was based on a farm as that was part of their address.

I think LPS said they had some new phantoms sitting in a dusty storeroom somewhere. Give them a bell and ask: 01707 325007
