bar towel pants

i was thinking about getting a pair of JT team trousers...removing the coloured bits and sewing on bar towels.

would this be UKM legal??

ive read the rulebok but does the towel come under the "absorbant material" category as there is for jerseys...i can find no real rulings for trousers

Um, why on earth would you do that then? I hope you're good on a sewing machine because doing that would rather knacker your pants in the process and the large amount of stitching which holds it all in place for those 'uber slides' we all do....

I know it's an old fashion thing, unless you're over 30 i don't reckon you'd remember it! got a feeling it was a mod thing to do? or maybe punk? someone'll put me right i'm sure

i remember people talking about that ages ago, and people used to have bar towels hanging out the front of their trousers to protect from a crotch shot.

i have a feeling they made it illegal, or it become pointless due to advancements in trouser technology or something.
