to adjust the trigger i believe you have to take the frame off the body and there is a screw on top of the trigger, if you wind it out pushes the trigger back more as the screw rests against the body. planet eclipse have a few spyder bits, but really all you need is an electro hopper and a decent barrel again dont spend to much on it, somehting like a freak barrel with spyder back and 14" front and a .695 insert.
