ignore what people say, if you like it then keep it.

to adjust the trigger i believe you have to take the frame off the body and there is a screw on top of the trigger, if you wind it out pushes the trigger back more as the screw rests against the body. planet eclipse have a few spyder bits, but really all you need is an electro hopper and a decent barrel again dont spend to much on it, somehting like a freak barrel with spyder back and 14" front and a .695 insert.

just a few suggestions. but aslong as your playing ball, dont matter what gun you have. does it?

A decent barrel will help no end, go for something like the Lucky Unitech or a Freak, then if you decide to upgrade you can just swap the backs over and no have to buy a whole new barrel set. :)

To be honest mate i would look at the economic side of it

With its being an electro blowback there are practically no upgrades which is going to make a huge difference to it. a new feedneck will make it clamp your loader and may make your profile lower depending what your buying, new grip may make it feel slightly better in hand.

those small upgrades may cost you £40 to £50 which is halfway to getting a 2nd hand marker off the classifieds.

starter markers really arnt worth upgrading mate - my advice is run it into the ground then replace

Best of luck

same as above really, don't spend too much at first, try setting up the trigger first and then play some games so that you not only know what you want to change but also what specifically you're after (eg. there's lots of different shapes of trigger around so get an idea of what you might prefer...)

hybrid grips is not a good idea, it's just cosmetic and a lot of money for something that won't improve your game or your gun, spend the money on training or at the very least something that will actually have an effect.

the cost to actually achieve anything noticeable is going to be pretty high compared to how much the gun is worth and won't add much to its resale value so stick it out unless something is really bothering you and then see if you want to upgrade to a better marker later on...

my first marker was a tippmann 98 and i spent a lot on upgrades trying to get something out of it, in the end there was very little improvement for a lot of money spent and i just ended up buying a new gun anyway so never even used it that much...

hope that helps

Thanks for the Constructive posts.
i got this for £40 + a revvy hopper with a X-board i was informed that this is a good starter (which i am) marker and i have no hesitation in saying the same :)
As a beginner, i dont plan to buy any markers in the foreseeable future.
But i love this marker to bits despite a few of its imperfections, so i am more than willing to spend a bit just to raise the Bar of the stock marker.
But thats great news about the trigger adjustement and thanks for the Links
Keep those posts coming!!

well if you are definitely planning to keep playing a barrel kit/decent two-piece barrel could be a good choice as i imagine the stock barrel will not be all that great...same as Mort said really...i've heard a lot of good things about the un1tec barrel kits, they're pretty cheap and you would be able to use the fronts on another marker with just one new back piece...

have a look here for some reviews/recommended upgrades from people who have actually used one: http://www.pbreview.com/products/reviews/2575/

seems to be a general trend of upgrade the barrel and that the revvy might not keep up (don't personally know what the X-board does though or how fast you're shooting and i think most may have been american players who could use the full-auto mode...)

edit - looking at the reviews you might actually have problems with the gun chopping shots a lot if you are shooting faster than the hopper can feed (no eyes/anti-chop?) so i'd keep an eye on that and make sure you have a fluffy/pull-through on you while playing...

couldnt ask for better advice get as much playtime out of the bullet as you can and save any extra cash for when you do feel the need to upgrade

only thing i would do is put out a wanted thread for a spider thread barrel you might be able to pick up a nice one for 10-15 squids
