Well I've only played on one day at the NQ... but the thing that I used to psych myself up was knowing that others (esp carvil) were watching me...

at the start gate we normally have a hands in thing - helps you to focus on the fact your a team on the field and that if everyone does there job and follows the game plan.. it'll be ok
