ion disassembly

Hi all,


I have got a new ion body kit and finding it a nightmere to disassemble. Has anyone got any tips or sites that have a dummys guide to disassembly?

the ion is easy enough to dissassemble just really faffy have to do it a couple of times to get used to it

do everthing s l o w l y the worst you could do is cross thread a screw when putting it back together and that would only happen if your rushing it....

Once you've done it a few times, it will start to become familiar and feel easier. When I first got mine it took me a while, but now I can strip it down and put it back together without too much stress and in no time at all.

Also, what my learned colleagues said above .

thanks all some good tips there. The only problem I am having at the moment is that my ion is a few years old and I am finding that the 90 degree air adaptor wont unscrew from the regulator ! anybody had this issue and know how to get around it without threading the adaptor?

I think it is locktited in...think when i took the elbow out (if that is what you mean), i just stuck it in a vice and forced it out.
