Who on earth are you and what on earth do you intend to do with this petition? You dont have the first clue when it comes to tv or our sport, yet you have assumed a rather lofty position (at least in your own mind).

Stayclear of the tv execs and stay well clear of trying to represent our sport. It is people like you that make us look like a bunch of amateur weekend warriors. (this might actually be the truth, but nevermind!!).

Please let us all know when you have a meeting to hand this petition over. I am sure you are well enough connected to get to exactly the right person.

i dont mean to start an argument here or anything, and want no trouble but he is trying to do something good for us here, and make our sport we all love grow. there is no need to be all aggressive towards him because he doesnt know as much as some others know.

Look , Im not going into this any further , But what I will say Lucky, Please please , before accusing me of things on a public forum, Please give me or one of my team mates a call and just give me 5 mins to explain to you how harsh and spikeful some companys have been towards Paintball TV Starting up.

First up, i've accussed you of nothing !
I've merely made a summary of encounters that your name has been attatched too, rightly or wrongly, things happen around you for whatever reason.
I am not trying to shoot you down or join the witch hunt, i'm merely trying to undestand why you keep involving yourself with things that are beyond your reach (at the moment ) and presenting yourself and your company up to the gallows for public execution
I don't know of any

harsh and spikeful

companys, but i do know of loads that will shoot your dream dead in an instant if they feel their image may be threatened or they are likely to lose money.
If you have conducted yourself with these

companys, the same way that you have appeared on these forums then it's no wonder they've blown you out the water

Now that your reputation has rightly or wrongly been tarnished, your never going to be able to get that back
I told you to keep your head down and get on with it like our resident papparrazzi do, and once people know and have some respect for you,THEN you should take on the world. Paintball is a tight knit community where everyone knows someone, and rumours spread faster than truths, you need to get one person to say a good word about you to another, then to another, etc etc. build yourself up like that, because doing things your way is just sending you further and further into excile.

Personally i think the idea you had behind paintballtv is a REALLY REALLY GOOD and CLEVER way to start out.
I'd love to have my baldyslapheadgodlikelyness captured on dvd for all eternity as would the rest of the vain and shallow paintballers like to see me on dvd
But you need to commit to it, and shoot and shoot and shoot shed loads of coverage at "all" events not just your locals, then like our papparrazzi sell your stuff off of your website and make sure that you "DELIVER" the goods with no excuses.
Then once having established yourself there, make a season highlights, best of paintballtv, paintball outtakes, etc etc and BUILD BUILD BUILD on your reputation for a quality product.
Only then will you have any chance of taking anything further.
I hope what i have said has some influence on your future career, and as i stated in my original post

I believe you are a good kid, just over enthusiastic and misguided.Knuckle down, do some graft and turn yourself into another DER DER etc.........THEN TAKE ON THE WORLD

My problem is not really what he is trying to do (although, it cannot achieve anything by its very nature). The issue comes when it is people with his poor track record and relative inexperience in both tv and paintball. All we seem to do as a sport is put out an unproffessional and disjointed image that poses long term harm to our future goals.

I'm CERTAIN that all his intentions are good and hounerable and don't wish to cause him trouble, but i feel his intentions are ill thought out and may possibly do more harm than good?
It's like someone electing themselves to be our representitive rather than us voting for them. First impressions count and if Jason is the first representitive to approach a TV company and falls flat on his face, then who else would even get an audience with the TV company after that.......first impressions everything!

Like I said , Im not going to get into what went on hear, But I was ready to order the equipment as promised.. It was your end that let down..

• took our money
• nearly got my friend done for money laundering
• didn't give us the promised kit, which you had had plenty of time to order even if you had been capable of ordering
• prevented us from going through with the legitimate deal we had already been offered
• pretended you were a Dye dealer. which you weren't. aren't. whatever.....
