Hi

Im having a problem with my PMR, whats happening is, is that the back cap isnt screwing all the way in. and its not the backcap/bolt, because it fits perfectly in a friends PMR, so it has to be my frame,

what happens is that a tiny extra bit of the backcap shows, and that appears to make it leak air,

Can anyone help me solve this???

Thanks

Luke

Hi

Have you tried your friends bolt in your PMR? Does this still give the same problem?

Contact the company where you purchased the marker, or alternatively contact me via PM, or e-mail- eurotech@dyeprecision.com to arrange return and repair.

Nope that's where they live and the above Ash will be there I'd have thought with Ellcie and Jeff. However, if you bought it from a shop you might want to check first because if it costs then you need to make sure they'll cover it. Contact the point of sale first.

The guns under dye warrenty for another year
so they will have to replace faulty parts
Yes, but I'd contact the shop first just incase mate! They'll never know about faults and there might be exceptions to that warranty. If you're set on taking it to Dye then so be it, they are great, but it only takes a phone call and 2 mins of your time to possibly save you grief.
