Can I suggest contacting the person you bought it from? Or was it working before and the problem has just occured?
And, if it wont turn on, how do you know the eyes are not working?

Check the wiring to the board. Also check the on/off microswitch.hi guys, i recently bought a shocker off here...
could i send it to any of you guys and you could sort it out for me?
obviously i would pay you...
problems:
wont turn on (yes ive checked the battery)
eyes dont work
thats all i think

have you like just this second put it back together after foolishly taking it to bits to see how it works ??
I have never heard of one just stopping working is the wire from the solenoid connected to the board?
like syd says if it wont turn on how do you know the eyes aint working?

I have read somewhere that the shocker board doesnt have protection from reverse polarity, if you touched the wrong sides of the battery on the terminals you could have have damaged your board.
Thats only a possibility and Im not entirely sure what could have happened, Id check the board for dry joints or shorts.

On shockers, I think you need to press the button once to turn on the eyes, once the gun is on.
Also have you screwed the grip screws too far in, causing damage to the board or solenoid?

on a shocker press the button, the eyes will be on, press again to turn off.
check the board wires, if wires had come loose during shipping chances are it wouldnt have fired first time round. so check the board wires. replace the battery as with all smart parts a dead battery messes up the whole thing. also check the on/off button as it sometimes comes away from the actual switch! also is your air on maybe stupid question but it wouldnt fire that way lol
