Most teams are like that with training. Most teams train once-twice a month which is good if you are training at the right thing.

okay, random question, because i cant be arsed posting a new thread:
how often should a team train considering they dont get sponsored or anything?
so as in they have to pay for pretty much everything every time they play.
Just train whenever you can afford it mate. most teams train once/twice a month.

Best thing is to come up with some standard operating procedures for assaulting, reacting to ambushes etc for fireteams and larger sections.

If you have some good SOPs and practice them, then you should be able to work together as a unit in woodsball/scenario.

Devising a set of hand signals &/ radio comms procedure is very helpful for communicating over distances.

Its worth looking at some basic light infantry manuals to use a basis when developing your SOPs.

Purepaintballer and Paint-pro-ball, can you please stop double posting and use proper grammar.

I.e: Full stops, capital letters, commas, question marks, etc.

You were supposed to learn basic grammar in Primary School.
