:(
Right then, got to training today (late 'cos of the popped tire:(), set my gear up, turned my gun on, pressed the trigger and nothing happened:eek:.

I went and took the grips off, replaced the battery and checked all the wires and still no joy. Did this a second time and nothing still happened so I put the gun to my ear and couldn't hear the solenoid clicking:(.

Any ideas?

Luke.

PS. Tried firing with and without the eyes on, and there was a ball in the breech. Also, it was recording my shots because it was adding them to the shot counter.

id recommend dropping it into planet for one of the techs to take a look at it.

wouldnt recommend fireing the marker with your ear next to it by the way....it hurts

I'm going to sometimes this week, only live round the corner.

I didn't mean firing it in my ear:rolleyes:, with the gun near my ear so that I would be able to hear the solenoid clicking when it wasn't gassed up;).

Do you have Hybrid grips on the marker? you may have screwed them in too far thus damaging the solanoid. Take the marker apart and look if there are any marks on the solanoid body from the screws.

Sid
Don't have hybrid grips, but will look for damage now.

EDIT: Just checked, think that is the problem, compared my solenoid to the picture of it on Planet's site and mine has a hole on either side that it shouldn't have:eek:.
