Right, a massive apology to all who played or marshalled at Snetterton today.

I clearly had a sense of humour failure and launched my teddies into orbit.....storming off the field like a kid. Completely the wrong thing to do

So to all the guys in Combat Blue and John, Woody, Steve,Gordy and Pete (plus anyone I missed) my humblest apologies. Drinks are on me next time you see me at Snettie.

PS Nice field layout.....the top end was easier to play I felt though....dunno why?

im sure we will cross paths on the field of battle again oneday...
And as for the layout(FUN!!!) not sure how keen i am on the M on its side.
Great fun when you get in there but it is a massive bunker on its side...
never really had to bother to much with the snake...

I think i over heard them talking about setting the bunkers up to look like the Toulouse field for the Blue boys to practice, so might be fun next week...

Hey don't panic too much about it. I think it was a bit of overkill on our behalf which caused your upset in the first place, but it was the first off of the day & everyone was just getting into it. It's good of you to apologise but it was a shame we lost you for the day.

There will be plenty of next times & I assure you that we will all welcome you back with open arms..... Please just make the revenge a little bit soft (yeah right).

It was a good day all round I think, like you say the M was good on it's side & great to be in, but when the opposition are in there it's a nightmare.

Pete said he will try to set the field up in the Toulouse layout after Tommy has been up next Saturday to train with his guys. Hopefully we will be up there the following weekend (24th or 25th)

Well, I had to leave early as it was, just not that early. Thanks for accepting my apology.....to be honest, my head wasn't in the game, so I probably wasn't in the best frame of mind.......it should be noted, that I'm not always an arse......just the odd occasion.

It'll be a few weeks before I'm back again. Away next weekend, UKM the following weekend. So sometime in april.....and if I don't see you before, good luck with Toulouse
