The NSPL is trying to encourage teams to develop from KotH level right through to Millennium level. Hence the Millennium rules.

Do we not have a responsibility to enforce these rules so teams get used to them before moving on to International play?
I think you are totally right in bringing the millennium rules into your series!!!

But I do firmly believe that the rule is intended for more extreme stuff than "f*ck those guys" backplates etc.... I honestly believe we are talking extreme things like for instance nazi-logos or stuff in that "league"! So all you people can probably keep your swearwords hehe.....

And yeah - I doubt any ref will be "anal" about the mentioned stuff - at least I have never heard of or experienced any such in the millenniums yet! :)

The rules are there to be followed - but actually in this matter it is strictly up to the ref to decide wether or not a sticker or a logo or jersey or whatever is too offensive to wear or not!

Couldn't agree more.

"Health and Safety" - As unlikely as it sounds, they don't want players accidentally picking up a stone within a fistful of paintballs off the floor and injuring someone when it goes through their marker.
thanks, never considered that before, quite a scary thought actually....

Oh yeah defiantly, i mean look at the state of US ball, its shocking

What ever will all those hybrid sponsored teams do now, i mean shockingly enough the have f*uck and hate on there playing clothes.

oh and how many other sports:

Skateboarding
Ice hockey
Yank football
Rugby

i wont go on...

Professional athlete huh, i would safely but some money one 40% of the NSPL teams not ever doing any cardio training or gym training.

But yeah athletes alright.

My aspiration are no way interpreted by what i have on any of my playing gear, thats just a stupid comment

If you really think AGG stickers and halo backplates are the problem why no one is interested in uk ball then you should crawl back under your rock
Whatever dude - all I can say is paintball (in fact, only Hybrid really) is the only sporting activity where I see such slogans, I'd love to see pictures of these other sportsmen you talk of with their offensive slogans, please enlighten me :) And, granted the NSPL may not be exactly the NBA or Premiership, but a little of the right attitude goes a long way imho.

And your aspirations may not be influenced by what you wear or even how you act, but others will and do judge you on those attributes.

Now, I'm heading back to my lovely warm rock as I've just had a Sky dish and 52" Plasma installed, rocks have never looked so good!:p

Shame, as personally I haven't seen any of these images. If you could perhaps point me in the right direction?

No, but if wearing a Pro top makes you want to play like your favourite Pro player, and you start to train harder because of that then isn't that a good thing? Little steps can cover big distances, it just takes longer.
