PSP LA is March 1st-4th (http://www.pspevents.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PagEd&file=index&topic_id=0&page_id=183) so I suppose if you got someone to bring one over for you or post it to you, you might be able to. Not sure on when they are released over here....

They ARE the 07 jerseys, the new ones stokecity is talking about are the same jerseys just in different colours. they will be coming out a PSP LA, the normal coloured ones are already out.

Stokecity - there is FAR more paintballers in the USA than there is here in england, therefore they would sell many more at a big American tourney than they would a the biggest Bristish tourney, Campaign Cup(which isnt until july)
