Tickets are now on sale for the PSP LA Open! The event will kick off the 2007 season at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA March 1st-4th.

Admission tickets may be purchased onsite at the event or by clicking here.

The event will feature some of the fiercest competition on the planet! Come cheer on your favorite teams competing in the most popular format for the largest cash prizes available anywhere!

Ticket holders will be able to view games on all six competition fields and explore the event tradeshow featuring the top companies in the industry offering all the gear you need to get in the game and keep you looking good on the street.

Tickets are $5 each day Thursday through Sunday or $15 for the entire event.

Please note that no tickets will be mailed to you when purchasing them online. You will receive an email with a confirmation letter which you will need to print out. Please present your confirmation letter at the General Admission booth to receive your wristband(s).

*All rostered team members will be admitted into the event free of charge with a valid 2007 ID card. Players will be able to register and receive their IDs outside of the gated entrance.

So when is the PSP gonna get started with live webcasting? Surely there is a company out there that wants to try and establish this market, isn't there?

C'mon, who wants to be able to watch the NXL live?
Hopefully more people than want to pay to watch NPPL live. The reason people aren't jumping to do these web casts is they don't make any money. Costs more to put them on the internet than people are willing to pay to watch them. So you either need someone to sponsor it, or you have to be willing to lose money on it, which I don't think PSP is going to do.

that would be great if someone did that, like the nppl commanders cup one.

I definitely want to IF the video picture is high quality enough for me to be able to see something of what's going on and if there is some kind of graphic or audio commentary so I can tell who's playing who and know what the score is. What I've tried before hasn't always done that and that's basic.
