confusing ion problem...

as i said earlier, there are no leaks whatsoever coming from anywhere on the gun, weve tried different air source but still the same thing

ok dude dont panic.


try the following.


totaly dismantle the ion and clear ALL piles and hoses, it will only take a little bit of sh1t to stip it.


dismantle the noide and DO THIS the little piston in the noide see if it got magnetised if so replace it.

make shaw the noide is back togeted properly.


PUT A NEW BATTERY IN IT .

LOOK at the board for damage fron new grip screws this is a comon 1 peeps miss.

blow down all the Banjo holes to see that thy are clean.


ok put the gun back together and clean the reg next.


ok fire the and gas up the pupy and tell me what happens.

is the bolt not cycling at all?
if the bolt is not cycling and all the pressure, o rings and everything is ok PM me as iv had a similar problem and its taken me the part of 2 + months to sort it and cross fingers iv just sorted it.

i had this problem with my ion and basically the board was $*%!^£.
my solenoid wiring had picked up a scratch and taken off the coasting on the electromagnet.

turn the eyes off the marker pull the trigger and listnin for a click(make sure that it's not the trigger hitting the lever the trigger hits to activate the solenoid) if there is no sound then the board will need replacing.
I'd reccomend a T-board as iv'e never had a problem with mine,

But the Virtue board is better as its now cheeeeeeeeeeper and you get free upgrades and LIFE time warranty in them

YOU can fix the windings on the board solenoid really easer just coat it in knotting Shellac
