I checked the Ion thread and there does not seem to be anything about this but it might just be a one off with mine
Does anyone with stock Ion grips notice that the screw holes in the grip dont line perfectly with the holes in the frame? atleast not without applying quite a bit of force to line them up  I had a hell of a struggle to get mine lined up when i 1st got it

If they do, do Hybrid grips have this problem too?

Get the bottom screw in first.
Its easier to get the top in place as its not wrapped round the frame like the bottom half.
My grips are the same on my spoons gun

This isn't just an ION thing. My angel grips are the same. It keeps them nice and tight against the frame. Easiest way to put them back on is to put the screws in loosley first - then go back and tighten them up afterwards.

Either that - or get some of the grips that AJ is selling in the group buy section - no problems lining them up ;).
