basically, im adding an A5 cyclone to my SP8.... can easily get the balls to the feedneck, its just gettin the cyclone to work. want to stick to usin it with air. i have tried it at 100 PSI and its workin fine, altho the pressure would probably be higher in use.

My idea is to take an air feed from the sp8 at the pressure valve, thru a solenoid and to the cyclone. any one know of any solenoids that could be used? gonna have it wired to the existing solenoid so it feeds at the right time. any idea if the SP8 board (standard board) would be able to take 2 noids or should i have a seperate way of powering it?

Is there a major reason why you want to do this?
The A5 hopper is crap and does nothing in particular.

The feed mechanism you speak of, is what does the business...but...it is nothing in comparison to a regular hopper such as an Egg or HAlo or teh new Pulse.

So, if you want to do this for some strange, "see if I can" reason...I cant help you...but...if you want it for another reason, just get a Halo or similar and that will allow your SP8 to really do its thing.

no 'major' reason, mostly for the 'see if i can'
