Right I happen to know a guy who works with making very detailed carbon fibre items. I have asked him how possible it would be to make a trigger out of it, he said it would be fine. However for small runs of a certain trigger it would cost alot.
Estimates he has given me so far. for 100% pre preg carbon fibre
1 trigger = £240
10 triggers = £940
Obviously these prices are extremely high, but the more we want of a certain type the lower the cost per unit. As they share cost of having to make custom moulds etc with all units being made.
Anyway how interested would people be in carbon fibre triggers, if yes what triggers would they like, which gun, stock trigger, aftermarket one????
