Ive done the bleep test quite a lot.

The question was more aimed at whether you guys set a standard for your team, i.e everyone was expected to get to level 15
higher than 15?! The bleep test goes up that high?!

I'm sure when David Smith (yeah, the England rugby player) ran it last year at school he didnt even get near that and he's one of the fittest guys I know...

Just wondering when your team trains together what type of structure do you have to it?

Things I'm looking for is:

1) Do you do any cardio training, if you do what?

Not really, sometimes do some running round the field a few times.

2) One day or two day training?

One day, but getting into 2day scrims now - as ECI have mentioned.

3) Do you set a standard of physical fitness to get into your team? i.e sprint a certain distance in under a certain time, that type of thing.

No, dont think so. We look for potential and heart when picking new players.

4) Snap shooting, in a percentage on an average day's training how long is spent on it?

Front players do it a lot, me and markie tend to shy away hahah.[/b]

5) Basic drills you run?
been very lazy recently...but when we were doing drills properly we did the whole Dynasty tye package. Did a lot of work on breakouts / lanes before campaign too..

6) Do you do any field walking training? What i mean by this is for example get 20 different field layouts and spend sometime working on breakouts, secondaries, different breaks, lanes etc etc
not on your average day. we do use old field desgins though for our layouts. before an event we spend many hours doing this though

7) How often do you train as a team?
every week

8) If cardio is part of your team training how long is spent on an average training session? or do you have certain days where its solely cardio based?
answered above

9) Do any of your members frequent the gym, weight? personal cardio?
i dont. markie does. not sure bout everyone else. luke does kickboxing. havent asked tbh as i dont do gyms

I know theres a few questions there but please answer all of them as in depth as possible.

Teams I'm particularly interested in hearing from is:

Kellys
The Clan
Shockwave
Notorious Kids
The Firm
Berserks
FL Charms
East Coast irritant
Cynergy

Now if your not on the list please don't think your answers aren't as important.

I can appreciated if certain aspects of your training you wish to be kept a secret but please answer the best you can.
Hope this helps

Team Joker from Turkey..

We use a gynasium of a high-school as a training center..

1- Yes..

-jogging 20 lap around a full size basketball field.
-Warming up and streching.. (Our team captain is a medical doctor so we have to do that strictly to prevent injury)
-3*max push-up's sit-up's

2- Our regular program is one day per week.. but as we have a private field we can make as more as we want.. Some week we did twice or more..

3- Not for now..

4- Two full hopper from left, Two full hopper from right.

5- Running&Gunning, snapshot, sweetspot, teamplay, use of bunker, dive, breakout finishing etc etc

6- Nope. We did that for a next tourny layout

7- always

8- It last about 45 min.

9- We go to the gym alltogether
