Ive done the bleep test quite a lot.

The question was more aimed at whether you guys set a standard for your team, i.e everyone was expected to get to level 15
probably higher than 11, but dont use this as a excercise, it is only a test which you do once a month to see how your improving in stamina so dont do it every week

Swarms info

1) Cardio training - Every Saturday:

• Half and full length sprints:
Sprint half length of hall, then fall length of hall.
5 – 10 times of both.
• Push-up’s and sit-up’s:
30 – 60 times each.
• Full length jogs:
Fast paced jog, full length of hall and back.
5 – 10 times.

2) Over winter Every Saturday 12 hour reball session. In addition just started Sunday on field training (this will be fortnightly)

3) To play in the main squad yes.

4) If it is in the days schedule approx 3 - 4 hours.

5) Breakouts, running and gunning, snap shooting, laning and hand changes.

6) Do you do any field walking training? - No.

7) Where possible every week. Some guys will come down for only a few hours if working to get to train with their teammates!

8) Every Reball session, approx 1 hour spent on cardio.

9) Some use a gym. Most (I hope) do the cardio home plan they have been set.

Hope that info helps.

1) NK do running then a fitness course set up by dave with about 15 stations...all designed to hurt :) then we often do a follow me drill where he stands at the front and we have to copy what he does

2) Every sunday but we are always invited to do two if we wish

3) We had our times measured through the fitness course but dave can generally tell whos fit and whos not (me being one of them :) )

4) one of the stations on the fitness course. generally thats it. we practise breakout over snapping

5) Dave sets up drills according to our last tournament. he runs through our weaknesses and sets up drills to explain how we went wrong and how to fix it

6) Like the above point. Dave draws hypothetical fields with situations and we have to say what we'd do

7) Every sunday

8) every morning for about an hour we do cardio stuff

9) yes a few go to the gym or do other sports

If u come down D7's Dave is always happy to help and wood probably let u follow him for a day to see his coaching methods.

Also we are now scrimmaging with east coast irritant every 4 weeks and during the day we play constantly, take a break at lunch and disccuss whos doing what wrong and what we're doing right. then go at it again for the rest of the day. great fun :)
