Just wondering when your team trains together what type of structure do you have to it?

Things I'm looking for is:

1) Do you do any cardio training, if you do what?

2) One day or two day training?

3) Do you set a standard of physical fitness to get into your team? i.e sprint a certain distance in under a certain time, that type of thing.

4) Snap shooting, in a percentage on an average day's training how long is spent on it?

5) Basic drills you run?

6) Do you do any field walking training? What i mean by this is for example get 20 different field layouts and spend sometime working on breakouts, secondaries, different breaks, lanes etc etc

7) How often do you train as a team?

8) If cardio is part of your team training how long is spent on an average training session? or do you have certain days where its solely cardio based?

9) Do any of your members frequent the gym, weight? personal cardio?

I know theres a few questions there but please answer all of them as in depth as possible.

Teams I'm particularly interested in hearing from is:

Kellys
The Clan
Shockwave
Notorious Kids
The Firm
Berserks
FL Charms
East Coast irritant
Cynergy

Now if your not on the list please don't think your answers aren't as important.

I can appreciated if certain aspects of your training you wish to be kept a secret but please answer the best you can.

1) No real cardio training during our training days as a team, apart from the bleep test.

2) One day usually but we have a weekend with The Firm early March Scrim based though i think.

3) No real times or anything just average fitness is fine but i think Dave expects us to work on it and improve which we all do.

4) 30 minutes

5) Too many to run through but all the usual running and shooting, agility e.g. dives, mid insert drill, snake based stuff, a few of our own.

6) We work on breakouts every so often but as of no real work on field layouts but i think all of the team have fairly good knowladge on field layouts.

7) 3 times a month, 2 training, 1 scrim.

8) No, just the bleep test to asses our fitness levels.

9) Every member as far as i know does train outside of team training whether it be gym, jogging, cycling etc.

As a team when we train at Dartford we are first to arrive and last to leave nearly every training so yes it is tough enough, but deffinately worth it.

Your lucky ive got nout to do, hope this helps abit.
