Mooching round the 50, with the flag
A quick question about the reg on my ion. With no pressure going through the gun (just the elbow connected, not even macroline) the adjustment nut on the reg seems to move quite freely (easily with fingers). Is this normal?

Does this stiffen up a bit once the marker is pressurised? as at present there is no way I'd need a wrench to change it.

I can't turn mine with my fingers, with no air in my marker. Don't know whether this is normal or not.

I would think the construction of the reg should lend itself to it having a tool (SP spanner) only to turn the adjuster so you can't accidently or intentionally change the fps after you have chrono'd.

I have known of a Ion that could be turned up or down by turning the whole Reg clock/counter-clock wise by hand!
