It's actually not like pulling teeth at all.

I worked for Smart Parts, i had the frame anodised with them. If you would like to know what annodising company they use then i suggest that you give them a call and see if they are willing to offer the information to you.

In regards to the question itself, i don't believe you're after the full kit and the frame itself, which as stated, is not being sold on it's own.
