it makes even the laziest of us get off our arse and put some actual real enjoyment and a very small amount of exercise, which supposedly we need but i dont believe that, into our lives. - i really dont know what i did before this. my life must have been so boring.

oh yeah and you meet some really nice people. there are not so nice people as well but hey thats life...
