The UK licensing system is gay and expensive.
It should be like America where if someone doesn't already have it, your free to have whatever license you want (no profanity etc) for about $100 a year.

No, as far as Im aware he was a recballer and has never done a tournie. He owned a Lexus, not sure what model. He was from Urmston, Manchester.
Not sure about reg plate restrictions; would UKKI114 be permitted?
