First of all, Russ, Nicky, really excellent stuff. A big family sized bag of kudos for the both of you.

For the rest, can we quit the "kick his head in" comments? I have no doubt that sooner or later it's going to happen, but talking about it here is not big or clever. Particularly since most of the people here talk big on the boards, but won't do it in real life.
