K got a bit of a problem. Trying to fit a new trigger but can't unscrew the last grip frame screw, its totally stuck. A m8 of mine has tried to unscrew it but with no success. He said I should have unscrewed it when I got my Ion but i did not want to tempt fate and break it lol. My allen key can't seem to get a grip on the screw, but the front is easy to unscrew no problems.. So is there any way I can get this screw out without breaking my Ion.

i would just keep trying to turn it maybe with a allen key with bigger handle or sumthing, but whatever you do dont round it off (where the alllen key goes in) or else could be a costly job

you could try to glue a old allen key into the end of the screw that should do the job but depends on what glue you use of course

Drilling is a peice of pi$$.

Just find a drill that is the same size as the head.
You arent trying to drill out the middle, but remove the head of the screw...then once its out, just unwind the remaining stud.
hmmm prob with that is I have no drill, just wondering is better to send it to a place like warped. Then it will get done properly.

Thx again guys :)

If it's one of the 2 screws that hold the grip frame to the body then i believe the screw heads are raised and not sunk in. If you can't drill it like Skeet suggested get a hack saw and cut a slot accross the head of the screw and use a flat screwdriver or knife blade to unscrew the screw. The head of the screw is obviously knackered anyway so you'll have to get a new screw.
