first time I had a problem was when an item was out of stock and they contacted me within an hour of making the order and i nthe end they upgraded the said item for no extra cost
how long did delivery take??Shogun is fine I've ordered from them many times before, waiting for another order to come through too
it usually takes 2-3 days
