Clamping Feedneck?

Hi guys,

Got one of the Dye Twisting Feednecks on my PM5 at the moment and because my Halo shell has been sanded down a fair bit I have to put tape around the Halo neck each time to hold it securely, which has a habit of chewing the tape up and not gripping.

I'd like to get a clamping feedneck and would like opinions on which to get, and also where I can get one in the UK. I saw one of the CCM feednecks on a U.S site which appealed to me as it was low profile, but they add almost the cost of the feedneck on for shipping to the UK.

Fireball mountain, great feedneck with a c-lever type qlock style thing. Cheap bloody good with fast and cheap shipping You can get there through pbreview.

Thanks for the recommendation guys, found it on their site and ready to order one of the No-Rise Hooker feednecks. Just to make sure, will it tighten enough to hold a sanded down Halo neck and is it as easy to install as any other feedneck? Screw out old, loctite the new one and screw it in? Saw this on pbreview:

I recomend this product, though you have to send the gun to FBM, unless you have the know how, and the tools to make the part fit, and press it in.

I.E. if it has an E in it, Nige has been there, done that and got the T-Shirt.

on topic the feedneck should be very easy to install, I couldn't say that it will fit a sanded down feedneck but, within reason, it is very adjustable with great support from an over sea company.

Name dropping now, I wish i was able to do that . In seriousness they have been very good in my (and team mates) experiance so try them out. Your other option is to get another set of shells. On here they seem to going for APROX £15 so whats the worst that could happen.
