You've decided that you enjoy paintball and want to keep playing it sort of seriously, hence the playing/training once a week, but it's not the most important thing in your life..

One question to anyone and everyone to whom play plaintball, is paintball the most important thing in your life?, if it is I think I see a problem with Brit ballers, we are all sad tw*ts with no family .;)

But does it really matter whether it is or isn't? Like Buddha said earlier, as long as you're honest about it and have fun then there isn't a problem.

As long as you don't go round saying you're in the top 10%, when you clearly aren't, then who cares? And just for the record, I'll admit, I am not in the top 10% because I don't train 3 times a week, don't play for one of the best teams in the country or care whether I think/other people think I am the best. :)

I'm honestly amazed at the resurgence of woodland tournaments, but delighted that they've returned.

It's noticeable that almost all of the people who have posted saying that they don't consider woodland play as a 'sport' are too young to have been part of the paintball scene prior to sup air.

Can't see anything wrong with the return of camo for woodland play - I might even have to get into the loft and dig all my old realtree out. :)

i normally play in the woods because at messingham the majoraty of the feilds are in the woods and its a good laugh with my mates but played sup air for the first time not long ago and nothing compared to it the adrenaline off the break and no twigs to get in the way of your paint or roots to trip over and no holes in bunkers for some swine to cap you when your about to light em up on a run so for me
woodsball = laugh with mates
sup air = true competition

at the moment anyway, hopefully the woodsball tornement scene will evolve and continue to grow into a truly competitive sport, especially for those of us who have little interest in the sup air format.( No offense it's just not everyones ideal game format)
