Hehe can I also be really pedantic and say that there is no such thing as a 4500psi Dive tank (4500psi=310.263 Bar) and Dive cylinders come in either 300 Bar (4351.14psi) or 232 bar (3364.8816psi). The 300 bar cylinders are also not very common and most dive shops only stock 232 bar as 95% dive centres/boats can only fill a 300 bar cylinder to 232 bar (therefore why have the extra weight of ther 300 bar cylinder)

Not strictly true mate, most dive shops sell 300bar tanks and will then fill them to 300bar

There's a negligible weight difference between a 232 bar tank and a 300bar tank. Believe me I'd rather have a 12 litre 300 bar tank on my back than a 232 bar 15 litre tank for roughly the same amount of air.

300bar tanks cost half as much again as 232 bar tanks I can get a new 12 litre 232 for about £90, the same tank with a working pressure of 300bar is closer to £160

Ive looked all over the North East and most of Scotland for 300 bar and no shops have them, ill have to travel down to you mate as I fancy a 300 bar stage for my deep stuff, im currently running either 2x 12L twin set (heavy but steady) or my insparation which is a dream. Had 2 300 bar 7l's and no one would fill them as most boats I frequent only manage 232. Let me know if you can get some decent sized 300's mate
