when it comes out is is tricky to get it back in to sit flush. you just need to keep trying. assuming you havent bent it of course.

It seems happy to stay where it is lolol can't seem to get it back out lol

non but there's always a chance some could get in to your reg through the tank fill niple.

It is there to stop crap getting in, but our air suppliers have very good filters in there setup, so you should be okay.
PS. Make sure you get a fill nipple cover.
