Playing boots.

Hi all,
What sort of boots do the guys who play on the XL turf at Mills wear? im looking to buy a pair for X-mas, wondering if he general opinion is on rubber studs or wahtever...

I use hard ground moulded adidas F50+s. White ones!!!!
Never had a problem.
others use dye cleats, jt cleats, trainers, whatever.

i use f50+ 's as well and they are well nice, very light and you can change the studs to suite the ground types (hard ground,firm ground,soft ground)

I think the old screw in ally syuds were made illegal from football and rugby but not sure the rules apply anywhere else.
The Soft ground F50+s have ally tips and they are ok.

i thought that they where even trying to bad blades, because they act more knife like when slide tackling..

I think the main reason they were banning blades is because your foot cant swivel in rough ground. So basically your body turns but your foot stays still, resulting in more injuries.

Looking on Mills site, it states that metal studs are illegal. So i think a nice shiny pair of rubber studded boots will do the trick.
