Just wanna say thanks to Swarm for today. Sadly was only able to stay til midday (part time baller had to go home ) but they've got an awesome set up there and their dedication to training is not just brilliant, but effective, as their promotion to Div 1 clearly shows!
Thanks for letting us train with you lads, was a great experience.
Now, to find a school hall...

Thankyou too all the fellas that came down today it was great having you all. Hopefully more people will start catching on. Cos it does make a huge difference!
