Well I am undergoing some issues with play the game, once again with stuff he was selling for Andyc14. I have started paypal proceedings this week against play the game (as he is the person I have a contract with regarding the sale of the items).
I bought a halo cone a set of grips and a suicide shell for £35, now after starting proceedings via paypal I received a message saying that my stuff had been dispatched, and he gave me a tracking number, well low and behold a parcel turned up today (I thought it would be covered in stamps and postmarks because it had apparantly been posted everyday for 2 weeks!). Unfortunatly the parcel only contained the grips and the drive cone no sign of the suicide shells, so I have given him until Friday to re-emburse me the money for the shells or for me to receive them. Otherwise I will escalate the problem with Paypal and if needed take him to small claims.
Now the half empty glass side of me thinks he will try and worm his way out of the refund/shells by telling paypal that he sent and I received said items, which tbh I hope he does because I dont think he is bright enough to realise that royal mail parcels you pay for by weight so I could easily prove the shells were not in this parcel (especially given the size of the jiffy bag).
And on the back of the parcel I received today Andyc14's name and address, this is golden
