Hyper 2 Help

i tryed and tryed to take it apart and it will not let me in the bottom of it is locked tight were am i going wrong :confused:

You need to get an allen key in the bottom of it and it'll come loose, then remove the brass seat housing etc.

Make sure the shim stack goes back in the right order.

Check out http://www.dyematrix.com/forum/ and do a search for hyper 2 if theres nothing on here.

It's important to keep the reg clean even if it is a pain in the arse to take apart!

The trick is to have an allen key in either end of the reg, i believe off the top of my head they are 3/8 (top) and 5/16 (bottom)

Then depending on which end you want to remove - in your case the bottom cap - hold the allen key which is in the opposite end, and the entire body of the reg steady in one hand, and turn the other key.

I do stress that unless you are experiencing a direct problem with the regulator itself that you leave it well alone, they are built to last, and you seldom need to open them up.

there is a porblem its full of dirt and its starting to show as its not fireing all the time its not the bottom its the top the reg cap does it thave a thred is it clockwise or anty clock

Have you double checked everything else??
It is very difficult for dirt to physically get inside your reg...
There is a good chance it could simply be your ABS switched off, of your 017 front and rear wall o-rings need replacing.
