off a 3000psi fill, i was getting 800-850 shots off a Ion fully stock, with a QEV you'll be getting more. so why do you need it to be more efficiant..

Exactly ^^ Unless you're playing X-Ball or something and don't have time to fill between games.

I can get about 400 shots from 2000psi, which takes it down to about 1000psi or just under.
Gassed to 3000psi I guess that's 800+ shots...
My Ion has a QEV, reg set to about 175, fps of around 270, Dye Ultralite 16" barrel. I've just lowered my dwell another 3 clicks, and upped my RoF by 1, but really need to fit a firebolt, set the dwell to zero, and set it up from there...
